and maintained on behalf of Simply Soccer who are the official
providers of Arsenal Soccer Schools in the west and south
west of England
Simply Soccer was started in 2002 by professional footballer
and FA coach John Hodge, to develop local footballing talent
in SW England, by working to bring football into the community.
John started playing local football for Newquay, Falmouth,
and Cornwall, before starting his professional football career
which lasted over fifteen years, amassing over 550 professional
appearances playing for Manchester United, Exeter City, Swansea
City, Walsall, Gillingham, Northampton Town and Kidderminster
Harriers.
Simply Soccer/Grass Roots Football Coaching
is an official Soccer Partner of Arsenal Football Club.
We are responsible for promoting Arsenal Soccer Schools in
the counties of Cornwall,
Devon and Somerset
for children between the ages of 5 and 15.
With the backing of one of Europe's biggest
clubs, the standards we are setting have begun to revolutionise
football throughout our region with success at every level
of junior football.
Children of all sizes and abilities are welcome on our Arsenal
Soccer Schools - and you don't have to be an Arsenal supporter
to learn the skills of Cesc Fabregas and Theo Walcott.
We
are currently running after school football clubs, football
development centres and football holiday courses at over 20
venues across the three counties with more than 1000 children
attending in the last six months.
